What is Tarot?
Tarot is a symbolic system made up of 78 illustrated cards used for reflection, insight, and meaning-making.
People use tarot to explore personal questions, understand patterns in their lives, and tap into intuition. It’s not about predicting a fixed future; it’s about illuminating possibilities, dynamics, and choices.
The Major arcana are the “big story” cards—archetypes like The Hermit, The High Priestess, The Magician, The Lovers and more. They represent major themes, life lessons and spiritual or psychological milestones.
The Minor arcana describe everyday experiences, emotions, actions, and relationships. They’re divided into four suits: Wands, Cups, Pentacles and Swords.
Tarot is used for self-reflection, decision-making, emotional processing and spiritual exploration.
