1. All tarot readings and consultations are provided for entertainment purposes only and do not in anyway constitute medical, financial, legal, personal or any sort of professional advice.

2. By engaging in a tarot reading or using this site, you understand that I do not provide recomendations, facts or directions for you to follow. I provide guidance as to what the cards are showing but any decisions made on the basis of a personal reading are yours.

3. I will not diagnose illnesses or conditions (including questions pertaining to pregnancy and death).

4. I do not warrant the validity, accuracy, completeness, safety, legality, quality, or applicability of the content or anything said or written or any advice provided. I will not be liable for any damages sustained due to reliance by you on such information provided by your reading.

5. Once I have received your payment, I will send you an acknowledgement prompting you to send me your questions.

 

In order to engage in a Tarot reading you must:

• Be over 18 years of age.

• Submit your questions, name and date of birth.

• If your question involves another person please supply their date of birth.

• If there is a particularly busy period your reading will be delivered to you within  5 days instead of 48 hours.

• Triple cross spread readings take 72 hours to deliver. In busy periods they will be delivered in 5 days.

• Life Spread readings will take 10 days to deliver. In busy periods they will be delivered in 15 days.

• If you submit payment but do not email your questions I will send you a reminder to do this. If you do not respond I will not offer a refund, but will retain payment for when you choose to have your reading.

• If I am away or experiencing a high volume of readings then delivery times on  video, audio and email readings will be extended by 10 days.

• Please note that I do not offer refunds and you purchase a reading fully aware of this, however I reserve the right to decline a reading and refund the client if I deem a question inappropriate or unethical to answer.

• By submitting payment you agree to these terms.
